Here are 3 Inquiry Tasks. Choose 1 , 2 or all 3 and complete over the next 2 weeks. It will help your understanding of our Big idea and the 2 concepts impact and change.

1. Choose an invention or scientific development. Research the following:

• investigate the organisation/person who developed this
• What did this invention or development change?
• What has been the impact of this invention or development? ( positives and negatives)

After you have done the research above create an PMI with 5 facts for each: positives, minus and interesting

2. Choose a revolutionary piece of clothing, or fabric i.e, jeans, tie, trousers for woman, the bikini, the mini skirt, lycra shorts, running shoes, jandals.

Represent this item artistically, including text that describes its impact.

3. Choose a religion that you are not familiar with e.g. Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim etc.  Create a cause and effect chart showing how the beliefs impact the daily lives of the people that follow it e.g. Buddhism: reincarnation:though shall not kill
